Happy New Years - Puppy Update

We would like to wish all of our fur friends a Happy and safe New Year!

Our new puppy should be here tomorrow. She is staying with her big brother Max who is taking very good care of her. 

Our wonderful friends Suzy and Mikey gave her a bath yesterday so she would be all clean when she gets to our home. Living out in a barn with those alpacas around gave her a not so nice scent!

 

  

 We just can't wait to meet this adorable little girl!

A New Puppy!

Update: Puppies flight was canceled due to bad weather.

We will let you know when she is scheduled to come in again.

because my new sister is arriving on Wednesday!

Here she is! Our wonderful friends Suzy and John in Ohio picked her out for our family on Saturday. We have not decided what to name her yet, but isn't she cute!

These are her parents. Mom, the Border Collie is named Jingle and dad, the Great Pyrenees is named Azland. They are working dogs on an alpaca farm. If you are wondering, mom is 40 pounds and dad is much bigger at nearly 180 pounds. I wonder how big this puppy is going to be?!

Our friends Suzy and John received one of their puppies from a previous litter. His name is Max.

We finally have everything ready for her arrival. I hope all of our friends will understand why we have not been visting much these past few days. After closer inspection, we noticed his shirt which stated "SECURITY".

Since it was Addie's first Christmas, Santa Paws delivered a truck load of toys and treats to our house. Addie had a ball opening all of the packages and gift bags! She even shared with Zoe. We also saved a few for her to open later.

Holiday Mail

 

Here are most of our holiday cards. We still have some more to print out and add, but isn't this cool! Thank you very much Dogs with Blogs friends!

Because we waited until the last minute to get a Christmas tree, all of the good ones were taken. So we did the next best thing. We purchased a Christmas tree that we can plant in the spring. It is an Italian pine tree. At least that is what the sales person told us. It is a very furry tree. We love it!

 

Our dear friends Sophy and Morgan sent us very special holiday mail! Thank you very much!

Addie opened Sophy's package first and then unwillingly shared one of the bones with Zoe.

Morgan's Christmas card was edible! Very cool indeed.

She also included one of our favorite pictures of Morgan looking towards our favorite city in the background!

Zoe's Christmas card was edible too! And look how gorgeous Morgan looks wearing her red bow!
