Oh that face! It would be so hard to punish her when she looks so guilty and sorry! We laughed when we saw her picture because she looks like she knows exactly what she did wrong and knows she got caught!
What an "I did bad" face LOL. I think the guilt might be punishment enough... Thanks for checking on my eyes; I have been playing with my toys this afternoon so that's got to be good.
Actually... we think it should be the humans who are punished for leaving the bag on the counter AND not teaching Lucie how to read her name! She obviously could resist everything but temptation.
I know that look! Scooby gives Mummy that look when he knows he's in trouble! Don't fall fur it Staci. I hope you have a pawsome weekend :) Big licks to you Suzuki xxx
While a nice big package of hubby's deer tenderloin rested on the counter, waiting to be breaded with Italian bread crumbs, Willie sneaked it off the counter. Shredded the butcher paper all over the floor, and ate every last bite. I didn't look at him or talk to him for at least an hour. He hates it when I'm mad. I thought that was plenty of punishment. Funny, Willie had a similar expression on his face at the time. And guess what? The next time Hubby left meat unattended, he ate that, too!
Ummm that's a tough one... I think I have to go with it was Mommy and Daddy's fault for leaving the treats on the counter. Just because us doggies know how to blog doesn't mean we can read our own names... umm... yea... that's it... *Rolls eyes! (Sorry Lucie, I tried!!)
Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh.......Lucieeeeeeeeeeee!!! What a funny girl you're!!! But with that face...............Mmmmmmmmmmmm.....It would be so hard to punish you when you look so guilty and sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waawawwawwawwaaaaa!!!! Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.... we love you sooooooooooooooooooooo much dear friends!!!!! Have a great weekend!!! Sweet sweet sweet kisses and licks!!!!
Well, according to Stormy, Lucie did NOTHING wrong. It's the bipeds who shouldn't allow her access to things. So your bipeds should give all three of you extra treats and snuggles and walkies. Love, Ammy PS: Stormy says puppies are NEVER in the wrong. Isn't she smart!?!?
Lucie, Lucie, Lucie!! I know it was a big temptation and Mommy thinks that you should come stay with me until your Mommy cools off. My Mommy put my treat way high up so you wouldn't get in trouble here. Our computer is back!! I did my 500th post today.
Hailey is so pretty in her harness and we can't wait to see her other one too!!
Lucie and Zeke are the same age and lately Zeke has gotten a few things he shouldn't, too. We think it's because he's getting smarter about thinking of things to do, and he's hungry! We just said a sharp NO! and we're keeping a better eye on him.
Oh Lucie, I think the disappointment in your Mom's voice was probably punishment enough huh!! No need for more. ;) Between us, I hope they were tasty! ;)
hey Luci! good problem solving skills! Takes brains to figure out how to get something kind of out of reach! Punishment? A container that takes thumbs to open instead of the handy-dandy easy zip-loc!. That should be punishment enough for the humans. your pal, Morgan

Lucie! Lucie!....
ReplyDeleteGood job!!

Lorenza
She was informed that she is, in fact, a bad dog for eating all those unauthorized treats. She knows she's wrong, punishment enough.
ReplyDelete-Dad

ReplyDeleteWe thinks she should have to buy some new treats for Hailey. ~S,S,C & F
ReplyDeleteThe punishment for stealing is usually confinement. But she is obviously too cute for that. So I say bite the bullet, buy new treats, game over.
