Ron found the toad Tuesday. After dark the toad came out a bit to snack on some bugs. Wednesday morning all that remained was a pile of toad poo in the hole that he had dug. We hope to see Mr. Toad again soon!
I'm not sure what kind it is. I did read today that some are poisonous so I'm going to be extra careful now if he comes back. I don't want the pups sick.
Wow! Murray was very excited at your toad! Frogs are all we have here in our pond! That toad looks amazing and great that he is eating all the bugs too!
What kind of toad is it? We have to be so careful where we live - our toads are poisonous.

Lucky you to have him eating the bugs that would eat your plants!
ReplyDeleteGlad we don't have to play hide and seek with him, he would win for sure.
