Square Foot Garden: Twelve Weeks

Happy 4th of July!

Our corn came alive this week!

Our second ear of corn has made an appearance.

First ear of corn is growing strong.

It's still in the 100's here so we water often, every other day.  Not sure how "green" that is.

I like a taste too.

Can we go in now? It's too hot!

Full Potato Harvest

 Faster!

hehe... jokes on him, I eat these too.

YAY

I got to try a baby potato and it was yummy! I didn't share it with anyone.

Our potatoes. Not bad for our first ever potato harvest. Ron made potato salad with them and it was delicious!  We didn't use them all tho, want to try replanting  for another harvest.

  1. New potato potato salad. Yum! Hailey seems to be enjoying the raw variety. Our garden is still growing. No produce yet. I'm hoping for tomatoes in a couple of weeks.

  2. Your garden has done so well - you must be very happy with it. It is very hot here too, not at the 100 mark but the humidity is so bad.

    Happy 4th of July!!!
