Little Hailey's Back

On April 1, Hailey hurt her back. Not sure how but she just wasn't her normal happy go lucky self. I took her to our vet as soon as I could get her in. Treatment included confinement, galliprant and gabapentin. Since she is little, the gabapentin was in liquid form and she absolutely hated it. Both of these meds kept her pretty out of it during her confinement. By the 12th she was showing signs of improvement and throughout the week became forceful at refusing the gabapentin. She also learned that if she shook her head after I gave it to her that it would fly out everywhere. She's a smart cookie!
