Goodbye My Sweet Brother Tucker

If love could have saved you,

you would have lived forever.

 

Some of you may remember Addie's brother Tucker. He is the only sibling of Addie's that we know. We found Tucker on Dogster about a month after we got Addie. It has been neat seeing pictures of him growing up and hearing about the similarities in personality. 

On May 8th,  Tucker was hit by a truck in his owners driveway. His family lives on a farm and they have a very long driveway. Whenever trucks come, Tucker loved to chase them up the side of the driveway, but this time, for whatever reason, he darted across the front of the truck and the driver was not able to stop.

Tucker was rushed to their local animal ER, but they were not able to save him. His family is completely devastated and miss him dearly. 

Tucker was only a year and a few months old, but the joy and memories that he brought to his family will live on forever.
